As a practice, we adhere to industry-leading best practices and ensure that all properties in our portfolio comply with building and safety regulations to ensure the safety of clients placed in our properties. Our compliance routine involves the implementation of a safety-first regime of periodic testing, inspection, and preventive maintenance programmes to provide evidence of statutory compliance and safe buildings for our clients.

Allied Ventures HMO Properties

In all our HMO properties, emergency lighting and fire alarm maintenance are conducted regularly with periodic electrical inspection and portable electrical testing and inspection equipment. All our tradesmen are qualified with the respective regulatory bodies, Gas Safe, NICEIC and all have Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards registered with the Joint Industry Board. Copies of all test and inspection certificates are forwarded to the local authorities as required.

Allied Ventures Property Solutions Ltd employs planned and reactive 24/7 maintenance teams to deliver timely solutions to issues raised by clients and as well as deliver a quick property turnaround to meet local authorities’ demands. These works are carried out by our team of directly employed, multi-skilled trade staff with support from sub-contractors covering specific and highly regulated disciplines such as masonry, joinery, gas, and electrical work. As a company, we invest in regular training of our maintenance team to ensure our staff have the necessary skills and confidence to tackle the challenges associated with emergency and planned repairs. We pride ourselves in our staff’s professional attitude towards all the work they are entrusted with resulting in positive outcomes that often exceed our clients’ expectations and deliver reputation gains for all parties.

Client Liaison Capability

We have Client Liaison Officers who provide 24/7 end to end customer care support from client check-ins, during the tenancy and at check-outs to ensure optimum client satisfaction. Our approach is to understand each client-specific and desired needs, and in a collaborative approach, to meet the client’s requirements. All our staff adhere to our quality control processes and procedures, supported by our up-to-date management system certified by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The system facilitates a high standard of client relations, especially during routine property inspections.

With our Home Care Cover with British Gas, we guarantee a safe, central heating solution for our clients through regular boiler servicing, flue cleaning and periodic Landlords Gas Safety inspection.
